The following testing rules are from the State of Colorado/Federal Government and apply for the CDL Skills Test. These rules apply to ALL testing facilities in Colorado.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FULL ELDT TRAINING BEFORE YOU CAN COME IN AND TAKE A TEST. This INCLUDES theory, range skills, and driving.

OR- if you were a previous CDL holder you must provide proof of the previous CDL, and it must be the same Class as the CDL you are trying to obtain.

You need to bring your valid Driver License, CDL Permit and DOT Medical Card. You cannot test without all 3.Your CDL Permit does not replace your Driver License, no matter what they tell you at DMV. If DMV punches a hole in your Driver License, your license is VOID.If your temporary paper permit is expired, it is not VALID.

You must hold your permit for 14 days before a CDL Skills Test can be taken. NO exceptions.

We must schedule all tests 3 days in advance. This includes retests and rescheduling. This does not mean we will have appointments available within 3 days.

All tests must start on time, this means you must arrive 15 to 30 Minutes early so paperwork can be completed. If you are LATE your test WILL be CANCELLED!

These are the rules! We do not make them, the State does.

Cost of skills test: $275.00

Trucks are available to rent for the test ONLY. Call for price.

Trucks ARE NOT available to rent for practice prior to the test.

If you need a manual to study you can download it from the dmv website at mycoloradodmv.gov

Section 11-12-and 13 are the chapters needed for the skills test.

The air brakes test MUST be performed exactly BY the Colorado manual or is an auto fail.

“Awesome place for CDL testing and Training. I had never been around or driven big trucks before my 2 week training program. It was a very informative and fun program I learned a lot and was able to easily pass my Class A CDL at the end of the class. The owners and staff are great and were a wealth of information about trucks and the trucking industry. I would highly recommend CDL certifiers for anyone needing CDL Training and testing!”
